G & H provides a bespoke, preventative and reactive maintenance solutions to suit each individual customer.
- Tailored maintenance contracts for maintaining an efficient and safe catering operation, whilst reducing breakdowns and down time – prolonging the life of equipment.
- A responsive breakdown service to diagnose and repair all types of commercial catering equipment using OEM replacement equivalent parts. We have priority spares contracts with all manufacturers, providing a preferential service to all of our client’s.
All our services can be procured using an annual fully comprehensive maintenance contract agreement. Or inclusive labour plus parts arrangement.
We have a fleet of vehicles on the road fully stocked of parts for our engineers to attend sites quickly. We pride ourselves on our prompt response, with a friendly and honest service to all our clients. A comprehensive engineer’s report detailing all works undertaken is produced and provided for the client’s records.
We are also fully equipped to undertake periodical Gas Safety Inspections. All our engineers are fully trained to the current Gas Safe and Electrical certification standards. They are all kept up to date with current health and safety requirements, also legislation affecting the commercial catering industry.
Our engineers receive the very best training from the main manufacturers in conjunction with our own in-house technical training facility.
